One of my favorite hikes is up the zig-zag trail to the concrete "M" on Mount Sentinel above the campus of the University of Montana in Missoula. This particular photo shows the historic Main Hall and the center of the campus green. In the background is Blue Mountain, snow-capped at this particular time of year. Missoula's nickname is "the Garden City" for the extensive urban forest that is proudly maintained by citizens and the City Parks Department.
