I took this photo of a bucket full of "rocks" at my sister's cabin up in the mountains. She just finds stuff and tosses it into a bucket outside her home. Quite a variety and quite beautiful too. I'm not sure if you can call this a gemstone "collection" or not.

Wow, I vote for "gemstone collection" - whatever all those are, they are beautiful. She could get a small rock tumbler and make some really pretty polished stones with those.
A Rock Tumbler is a GREAT idea! That might be something I need to consider for myself too. Thanks.
